The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority has sealed 14 filling stations in Oron Local Government Area of the State, for selling Petrol above the regulated price.
Mr .Joy Koro, the agency’s Team Lead, Distribution Systems Storage and Retailing Infrastructure, made the disclosure in an interview with newsmen in Oron today.
According to him, the 14 filling stations were sealed for selling petrol between 400 naira per liter and 450 naira per liter
Koro who said that the filling stations would be sanctioned, warned marketers to desist from selling petrol above the approved pump price.
