The Coalition for Regional Development and Good Governance has solicited the support of Akwa Ibom, especially those from Ikot Ekpene Senatorial district for former Governor, Godswill Akpabio during next year’s elections.
Executive Director of the group, Attahiru Shiitu Samaho made the appeal yesterday in Abuja.
He said voters should vote for Akpabio in view of massive projects he embarked upon while in office as a governor, senator and minister.
The group also reminded people from Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District of what they call uncommon transformation agenda of the former governor, where they claimed that Akwa Ibom state was made a destination for all investors.
